The first 12 months of Roadside Assistance is complimentary with new Mitsubishi vehiclesâ‹„5 and is extended for a further 12 months upon completion of each eligible Capped Price Service at a Mitsubishi Motors Dealership for a maximum of 10 yearsâ‹„6 .

For eligible vehicles, you will enjoy all the benefits of our Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage program Roadside Assistance for 12 months from the date of first registration (Warranty start date). We’ll then extend Roadside Assistance for another 12 months each time your vehicle’s eligible scheduled service is completed under the Mitsubishi Capped Price Servicing program, for a maximum of up to ten years*.


All new private retail buyers and ABN holders receive Roadside Assistance for the first 12 months with the purchase of a new Mitsubishi vehicle. Current owners who complete their scheduled services under the Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage Capped Price Service Program will receive Roadside Assistance for 12 months, for a maximum of up to 10 years. 


Roadside Assistance will remain with the vehicle so that the new owner is covered. 


Roadside Assistance is extended by 12 months, from the Scheduled Capped Price Service date, for the first 9 Services – Providing 10 years of Roadside Assistance.

Your Mitsubishi should be serviced according to the recommended regular service tables. However, more frequent servicing may be required, depending on the driving conditions. Find out your vehicle’s Maintenance and Inspection Schedule here.


For vehicles purchased after 1 October 2020, all Mitsubishi Plug-in Hybrid EV’s are covered by Mitsubishi’s 10 Year New Car Warranty. ⋄1 The drive battery is covered for 8 years or 160,000kms (whichever occurs first). ⋄1

For Plug-in Hybrid EVs purchased prior to 1 October 2020, Mitsubishi’s Standard New Car Warranty of 5 Years/100,000kms (whichever occurs first) applies. The Standard New Car Warranty is subject to the vehicle being serviced in accordance with the service schedule.

Different criteria apply to vehicles purchased between 1 October 2020 – 30 November 2025.

If you sell your vehicle, the Roadside Assistance will remain with the vehicle so that the new owner is covered. The new owner will then be eligible to receive the Club Membership when they get the vehicle serviced next, as per the Mitsubishi Capped Price Service program.

You’ll still have the Club Membership and its benefits for the rest of the 12 months, however you will not have Roadside Assistance.

If you move interstate, Club Membership will remain in the same state/territory at the time of issue but will change when the vehicle has a scheduled service under the Mitsubishi Capped Price Service program. You will need to provide your new details to your dealership to update the Mitsubishi Motors system and ensure that you receive the right Club Membership.
